Hi I’m new and learning everything. My start weight was 198 I am down to 187 I started lifting weights at the gym about four weeks ago. I am counting calories. If any one has any tips or suggestions please lmk. Also would love some accountability/support friends. Thanks 😊
Hi everyone I’m 39 started my weight loss journey a little less than 2 weeks ago. My start weight was 197.8 weighed in 8 days later at 195.2 I am 5’2. I’m bot really sure what I am doing but I’m doing the best I can. I would love to get down to 130. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated. ❤️
