hello and introduction fitbit sense users
I just bought the fitbit sense and I am new to this group. I am joining the gym today and work for Shoprite. I have also had Vertical Sleeve weightloss surgery.

I am motivated to start walking again. I just bought a fitbit. I need to loose 40 lbs. But I am starting with 15 as my first goal. I lost 5 lbs last week.

Back on track
Hello I have returned and I am starting again. I have had Vertical sleeve weightloss surgery and put 40 lbs on. I just lost 5 lbs last week. I work for shoprite. I started eating better and go for lots of walks now.
