Covid was tough! I lost track and let my fitness health get away from me. Happily, I am back on track with diet, exercise, and a positive attitude. 10 more to go and I can start running again. Currently only doing peloton which has been amazing. Glad to be back on the road. As an older guy it’s a big deal!
Was on track in 2013 and lost 80 pounds. Life happened and I got a lot of that back. I am now 30 pounds into a forty pound goal. Exercise, less alcohol, portion control = winning
