Lost 20lbs, Gained 10lbs back. Time to get back on track. 🙃
I lost 20 lbs. in two and a half months by counting calories, keeping myself accountable, and staying excited about my goals. I could see and feel my progress and I was excited. I want that feeling back and I'm claiming it today. I bought a new jump rope so I guess I'll try it out. Happy Healthy to you all. 💙
