SparkPeople stopping. Now what?
Several people over at SparkPeople have recommended MyFitnessPal, so I’m here giving it a try. I need the accountability and a check at the end of the day just what calories I have left to eat. I found how to post at least! And I’ve found where to enter food eaten and exercise done.

The summer 5 pounds
I had gained 5 pounds two summers ago and it took me a year to get it off. And it’s back, only it’s only June. But I know what to do. It’s just a matter of doing it.

Quiche: how good/bad is it?
Despite the fact it’s got eggs? At least it’s not high on calories.
