Is it okay to take both Vitamin D with Collagen supplements? Kinda new to this.
Kinda new to consistently taking supplements so I'm tryna find out what's best. I eat lots of protein, especially after a workout, but I was told I should take collagen too. So I started that, but I was wondering if my vitamin D intake would interfere with it.
