Starting Over
Restarting my fitness training after being gone for a long time. Already lost 6 pounds. Cycling is my favorite workout these days. Need continued motivation for this to work.

Back on Track
I'm beginning to get back onto the swing of exercise after a long absence. I'm cycling using a GT Aggressor Pro Mountain Bike as a road bike. It's a bit slower but a heck of a workout! Riding one hour a day burns 400+ cals. Already lost 6 pounds the last three weeks. Here's to success! 😊
