Adding strength training
I got the cardio - but I can't seem to add strength training - any help?

I've used Sparkpeople for years - but they're no longer available.....getting used to myfitness - I am a newly diagnosed diabetic so it's important to me to have this resource - but I don't know how to change my meal plan to show that I have two snacks a day - afternoon and just before bed (to manage the dawn phenomenon)
