Hi, since 8/9/2021 I’ve been using mfp.. . I started at 262. I’m now at 225. I don’t weigh myself cause then I would get anxious. I hated WW because you had to weigh every week. I see docs often so I’m always surprised to have lost more weight. I think I would rather feel it than see the numbers. I record every day, walk…
