Since your fluctuates within a few pounds, which weight do you count as reaching your goal? The higher, the lower, or the average?
This is my 3rd new account with MFP. I have been battling with Bulimia for over 10 years and I'm trying to prove I can eat an exercise normal with this last attempt at MFP. I'M wanting to stay positive, intuitive and flexible. But not gain weight.
