I am happy I have connection. I quite smoking almost two ,ears ago I was successful with reminders from a cigarette connection group from the med I was taking. I so hope this was the same.
I am new and will need some support. I am a new diabetic 2. AIC 6.8 I had 11 surgeries in 3 yrs. You can imagine with all that down time, the weight gain was pretty significant.
