Hi my name is Johann, I am a 55 year old male from South Africa 🇿🇦. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 10 years ago. I am on Metformin 850 g and Glimmerpride 1mg. I life a active lifestyle walking in the week an average of 10km a day over weekends I like to cycle, I have a mtb and do an avg of 50km on weekends.

I like to cycle, I have mtb and marathon rides ie words cycle 50 + kilometers. It usely feel like I have no energy 😪 but I continue. I have 167km gravel race in May22 How do I train, eating the right food and still keep my bloodsugar down? Is it even possible ?
