Hello an Help!
Hi, I'm Melissa...56 but soon to he 57 at end of May. I HAVE to lose at least 30 pounds as quickly as possible so that I can have knee replacement surgery. Both knees are completely shot. I am having a really difficult time. If anyone can lend support or tips to help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
