Hey I’m new to using the premium MFP - any hints and tips on how to join in any challenge? I enjoy getting my steps in!
I’m looking to get support to be motivated to give up alcohol for a month while I settle into using MFP. I drink mostly at weekends due to habit and sometimes boredom! If I had challenges to focus on I think I’d ace the no alcohol 🥃
