I have been working out from 3:15-4:30am Mo day-Friday before I even have to be at work and I can already tell a difference I can jog 30 min and walk 10 on the treadmill than I do weights
I'm always looking for new and active friends please feel free to add me I workout several hours before I even have to be at work I prefer to workout early in the morning
Hi after trying out a couple of different apps I've decided to come back here and I'm determined and motivated to stay and finish my journey of losing between 50-80 pounds I know it doesn't happen over night and I know you have to be patient do with that all I want to say is I have this😀🏃♀️
Hi I have set some major goals for myself but will need motivation to keep going I don't have any at home and that's why I'm turning to here. I workout Monday-Friday from 3:15am-4:30am than go to work for 6-8 hours after.
