Hey guys. I’m not really new to fitness pal but new to trying to find people. I am looking for some people to help hold me accountable and give me encouragement when I start to slide. I have always struggled with keeping up. Looking for anyone that is willing to help out and be a friend during this journey.
When eating rice and tracking it is it tracked after it is cooked per cup or before it’s cooked. I have been confused about this for a while now.
