Scanning sachet sauces
Hello, how do you count the calories on sachet sauces? Like the Schwartz or colmans? The packet is 44grams and then it says 100g prepared and 100g unprepared? So consider how to count the calories in these. Any help would be great as I love using these sachets
Frozen calories?
When a food product says 100g (ovenbaked) does this mean the calories of the product once cooked e.g baked in oven This is also written on raw meats so should I weigh after I cook my food or before?
