Hi there, I hit 60 this year, and I'm lugging around 22 lbs from inactivity and too much working from home for 2 years. I've done Weight Watchers for years, but I'm not sticking to it anymore. Hoping that trying MFP will motivate me again!
Hi, this is a great idea for a group. I have been working on my after-dinner night grazing for a long time. I do well for a while, then begin to slowly slip back into my old habits. Having some accountability will be super helpful!
