I´m sure there has been lots of discussion about exercise calories, but I´m still uncertain. For example today I have eaten 1500 calories (my goal is usually 1800) and exercised 450 calories. How much should I eat more? Or do I just go to sleep...
I activated myfitnesspal yesterday. Last time I did that before covid and I weighed 10 kg less. That´s sad! But now I´m motivated again. I have a plan (or a dream) to stay in India next spring doing yoga and enjoy the sun shine but I can´t go there looking like this. So I am really happy to get any support :)
