Won my January fitness challenge
Hey y’all. Didn’t think this was going to happen but I won my January fitness challenge at my local gym. I lost 8.4% body fat and having a consistent routine around dieting played a big role in that. As a bonus they rewarded me $1000 so that helped with some added motivation.

What’s your pre workout (meal, shake, routine?)
Hi fit fam. My pre workout shake consists of: 1 scoop of creatine 1 scoop of BCAAs 1 scoop of cocoa flavonals 1 scoop of spermidine 1 teaspoon of Saigon cinnamon 1 scoop of collagen peptides
