How to track healthy fats
As I understand it, healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats for which MFP does not provide a goal. If Total Fats = Saturated Fats + Trans Fats + Mono + Poly, then it seems to me that my my consumption (and goal) of Mono and Poly should be: Total Fats - Saturated-Trans Fats.
