Looking for a fresh start
I had Gastric sleeve 2 years ago in March and lost 100 lbs, and regained 20. I have a total of 50 that is like to lose. I just have not been doing the work. I'm hoping to use April to get my rear in motion and eating better. Self doubt always creeps back in... I hate that.
