Good morning. I’ve started this program a few years ago and fell off the rails. I joined another program for 2 years which I loved but had to cancel at the end of my membership as things changed drastically and it wasn’t enjoyable anymore. SO I decided to join MFP again and see how different it is and I’m feeling excited…
I don’t exercise in rep counts, I take classes on core, shoulders and back, chest, etc…. These classes vary from 10-30 minutes per session. How can I enter these as time and not reps
