Error counting macro's %
Hi, I noticed a weir error calculating my macro % in fat section. At the end of my reduction phase i am trying to eat much more protein and now saw that even though grams are on point the % is totaly off. See picture. Can anyone suggest what has happened? Thanks, Wiktor
