Currently I am obsessed with taking a tablespoon of coco powder and mixing it into a low-sugar yogurt. This is under 200 calories and has a decent amount of protein. It is also very thick and creamy. As someone who refuses to pay $$$ for halo top, I vastly prefer this hack. You're welcome! <3
