frustrated - 8 weeks only down 2lbs
Hello, i have been following 1200 calories, very healthy 1200 calories for 8 weeks. i have lost only 2 lbs. I work out 5 times per week, cardio: either running, elliptical, fast hilly walks; plus weight train: with bowflex and some free weights and when I have time I also try squeeze in a 30 min yoga class. i could really…
