Diet coke/pepsi addiction..HELP!!
1 am in the same boat. I am allergic to formaldehyde (skin patch test). I went cold turkey quitting aspartame about 7 years ago, not really knowing if it was going to stop any of the random things that were wrong with me. I noticed within a couple days that my random dizzy spells went away completely and never returned.
