Hi, I'm Clark from Texas. I started on March 31 at 211.8 lbs., with a goal of getting to a healthy weight of below 190 lbs. I bought a new scale, started with MyFitnessPal, & have been logging my weight. It's April 3 & I'm already at 207.0, a loss of 4.8 lbs. in four days! I'm hoping I can keep it up!!
