Hello everyone I’m new to the app been on it for 14 days already and trying my best to stay focused and motivated but some days are hard to stay in track, specially when my emotions are so bad like a roller coaster!

New Beginning
Taking it a day at the time, doing my best to be more active and eat clean. Keeping myself focused by picturing myself in my goal weight and keep working very har towards my goals, I know it will not be easy but I won’t give up I’ll give it my all and that’s mostly why I’ve joined this app/community today!
