Down 5.2 lbs after one month. Was hoping for more, but just gonna stick to the same number of calories. I think I need to up my cardio and weight training regimen. Any tips will be helpful. Thanks!
I need to lose 16 pounds. It’s not as easy as it was when I was younger. Trying to stay focused and increase my activity level. I have a very sedentary job. Could use some friends on the app to keep me accountable.
