I’m really having a hard week, I’m eating so much and I know I’m not hungry. I crave sweets so much but being a diabetic I’m on low carb. I have lost a little over 90 pounds but have hit a candy craving bump lol.
I am an emotional/stress eater and with that being said I fail dieting often. I don’t have a lot of places to just ask for support so I’m hopping to get it here.
