Tracking question.
Apologies if this is in the wrong place. I eat a lot of boneless chicken thighs, and on the packet it states “Typical values (pan fried) per 100g” So I’ve just pan fried 2 packets, which after trimming excess fat, weighed 1.1kg (raw), divided by 5 meals, is 220g. Now I know it’s not gunna be 100% accurate as I’ve trimmed…
