Hey all, my names Mark. I’m 18. Just started lifting, but I’ve played soccer since I was 5. Hoping to find some accountability partners. Accountability will go both ways. I have been training 6x a week for about a 3 weeks. Nutrition needs to be cleaned up, but I’m happy with how much better I am feeling physically.
