Hey, everyone! I am new to the app and looking for community. My greatest blocks with food are not feeling satisfied when I eat a reasonable amount, chocolate and iced coffee. I have been fluctuated from 170-185 for a few months and am now stuck at the higher number. Any suggestions are welcome!
