Hi I am not new to working out, dieting or trying to...failed numerous times too many to count! I am hoping with the recently diagnosed borderline DM it will kick me in the tush. I am new to fitness pal so thought I would give it a try and see if it helped! Anyone else intermittent fasting and keto?
