I am so motivated!!!!
I don't need help with motivation just fun people to talk to. I wake up at 4am and I can't wait to get started. I do 1 hour of yoga/pilates/calisthenics then run 3 miles, 30 min sauna, breakfast, 30 min meditation, 1 hour study, 30 min plan and intention journal and then start my day. Yes 7 days a week.
