Where to add sugar alcohols on MFP
I will try to keep this simple concerning sugar alcohols MFP has an entry for Sugars My food item has: Total Carbs: 17g Fiber: 6g Total Sugars: 2g Sugar Alcohols: 6g Is my entry 2g or or add in the 6g for a total of 8g Total Sugars?
