Accountable and Affirmative partner
I have a short term goal of losing 5 pounds in 5 weeks before I take on a 2nd and then 3rd goal. At 68yrs, and with a 10k daily walking practice, I find this app- and logging my food and water- is key. I’m semi retired on Cape Cod. I’d love to have 2 or more other women to help each other stay accountable to our goals.
