Weight creeping up won’t let it continue
Hello I’m an avid triathlete, need to loose 10 lbs that has recently creeped up on me with age. Darn hormones. I workout and train 5-6 days a week, 7 years ago lost 50lbs using this app. And kept it off until the last few months with 8-10 wright gain. Would enjoy mutual support here. Let’s do this!!!
