Hi All! Iam a 44 yrs old nurse. Current weight 77.3 kg Very Active at work. Lots of night shifts, but not so much other excesises. I logged in for 40 days now. My calorie set up to 1200cal / day. ( Will add plus when I walk over 10000 steps, which is 99% of a time) So I noticed my weight not moving at all the last 3 weeks…
