Hello! Not new , that viscous cycle of trying to out exercise a bad diet 🤪.. I can lift/exercise all day , but trying to control what's on my plate for an hour.. fail! So here I am, back utilizing this effective tool! Lifter, Foodie, Open Diary, Iron Slayer, Cardio sucks, but I do it! Feel free to add!
