When does your calorie goal decrease if you are losing weight or you need to change it yourself?
I been running & walking in a treadmill for a while and lately I noticed that I been getting a runny nose. Does anyone experience something similar?
I'm currently having issues syncing my steps throw my Apple Watch and other apps that I track my steps. It will be great if is compatible with other apps.
