Cheat days
Hello everyone, I am new to weight loss and was wondering if I could diet for 1700 calories (according to MFP) for monday-friday and have cheat days on saturday and sunday. Will those 2 days limit my weight and fat loss?

Does Zero sugar soda (Pepsi, coke, mtn dew) affect a calorie deficit?
Are they better than their sugar filled counterparts?

I messed up
I did good all week, eating below my calorie budget until today (saturday) after i ate a large mccrispy combo from mcdonalds with 10 nuggets. How can i undo all this? Did I gain weight? (I ate around 1900 cal above my limit).

Calorie deficit
Can you eat anything during a calorie deficit? For example if MFP gave me a 1700 budget i can eat whatever i want within that budget?
