Yup, I've come back on again... been using this app on and off for years now. With different goals in mind. The past 4 years I've lost 24lbs (about 11kg). In total since my heaviest about 10 years ago I've lost 41 lbs (about 19kg). I guess my now new goal is to be consistent with the gym, I'm currently at 117lbs (53.1kg)…
