UK resident 66 year old looking to lose a bit of weight. Currently with a commercial plan but like the flexibility MFP seems to offer on premium, Currently down to 115 Kg from 120 kg , looking to get to 100 Kg ( For our US cousins 265 lbs to 255 lbs , looking for 220 lbs)
