Hello! Been trying to be mindful of my snacks, trying to stay keto but love my chips. Anyone have any suggestions for alternatives?
I’m returning to MyFitnessPal. I’ve successfully used this app in the past and it was a great motivator. Unfortunately life events caused me to put weight back on but now I’m determined to get back on track. I was curious to see if anyone has had any luck with keto and intermittent fasting? Any tips you could share?
