What have I become?
Yesterday, I went on the scale for the first time in years... 90kg. Being 165cm that is obesity. Surprise and disappointment. Dissapointed in myself, it's all my fault at the end of the day. I'm ready to take charge. Hi I'm Jess. Hope we can all give each other strength on our individual journeys!
