My doctor has me now on a low saturated fats, low carb, high protein diet I have no idea what I can eat now because all the stuff she wants me to eat I don’t like I don’t eat eggs or avacado or khal or fish so what does that leave me with when I look up recipes they all look gross so I feel like I’m supposed to starve…
