Frikin newbie
Just joined yesterday, I started my Journey in September of 2023 at 287lbs and as a truck driver I found it hard to lose weight and eat healthy. Now today I’m at 220.4 and I hope this community will get me to my end goal of 180-190. I’m 51 years old and 5’11”.
