I’m Winnie. 54. I’ve lost about 55 lbs since last Jan. The last few months I’ve been maintaining or going up a couple pounds then back down. It’s frustrating. So a few days ago I deleted my calorie app and started fresh with this one 🤷♀️ I’m at 180ish lbs and my goal is to lose another 20 lbs or so. I work out 5x a week…
